The first phase of bridging Soursop Nutrition’s branding gap was to use their previous brand guidelines to create several new collateral pieces along with a revised investor pitch deck and direct mail pieces were created to keep their brand messaging and awareness.
Tradeshow collateral was also important while they continued to grow their customer base while preparing to transition into their new brand. Branded swag items and informational print pieces were designed to keep new and existing customers engaged.
Digital touchpoints
Updating their Amazon storefront and A+ content was vital in ensuring consistency to their customers. Their primary store graphics and content was revitalized and refined, as well as the purchase pages for each of their products.
After establishing a visual language for their promotions, we continued that into their social media presence. Soursop Nutrition saw steady growth and increased engagement that allowed them to maintain their current customer base during their transition.
